Vietnamese Phở instant noodles

Ingredients.

  • Fried noodles, 1.75(50gr) 205kcal
  • Dried mushrooms, 0.175oz(5gr) 25kcal
  • 1 tbsp fried onions, 0.35oz(10gr) 62kcal
  • 1tsp dried cilantro, 0.07oz(2gr) 6kcal
  • 1/2 cube beef broth, 0.25oz(7gr) 17kcal
  • 1/2tbsp olive oil, 0.175oz(5gr) 45kcal
  • 1/2tbsp fish sauce, 0.175oz(5gr) 3kcal
  • 1tsp dried ginger, 0.07oz(2gr) 6kcal
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon, 0.035oz(1gr) 2.5kcal
  • 1/2tsp chili flakes, 0.035oz(1gr) 3kcal

Preparation.

1) Put the broth cube, olive oil, fish sauce, ginger, cinnamon and chili in a container.

2) Stick the noodles, mushrooms, onions and cilantro in a ziplock.


Instructions.

1) Put 1 cup of water and the broth in your pot and bring to a boil.

2) Add the noodle ziplock and wait for three minutes, enjoy.
